Due to the personal care nature of our products and for the safety and well-being of our customers, The Montana Shepherd does not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including soaps, lotions, and skincare products. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
