At The Montana Shepherd, we work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, please review the shipping details below.

Order Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During sales, holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping times are calculated after your order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: If available at checkout

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed once a package is in the hands of the carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, package size, destination, and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website when available.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available, so you can monitor your package’s progress. 

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

The Montana Shepherd is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses submitted by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help before the package ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been marked as shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item/packaging so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States unless otherwise stated.
